The Care Administrator is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of care services within Rabah Concept Limited. The role supports the Registered Manager, Care Coordinators, Care Workers, and other members of the management team by maintaining accurate records, coordinating schedules, managing communications, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including those set by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). The Care Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring that service users receive safe, effective, caring, responsive, and well-led services through the effective administration of care activities, documentation, and reporting processes.
